Sound Bath Therapy Session

During this session, we vary the instruments used which include, but are not limited to singing, djembe drums, shamanic drums, rattles and tibetan singing bowls.

 

Booking Rules

All bookings must be prepaid. Last minute time upgrades are not guaranteed since its based on availability (i.e. original booking for one hour and client wishes to upgrade session to a 90minute on the spot). Client must properly inform upon time of booking if parking is either limited, or difficult so our therapist can prepare extra time to begin session on time. Failure to do so will make client automatically waive his/her right to demand make up time up to 20 minutes of make up time for time lost when looking for safe and appropriate parking.

Client swap at the time of booking can only be accepted if client swap has a medical history and intake on file. Our therapists will not provide service to anyone unless these forms are properly filled out.

In case of lateness, full time session is not guaranteed unless, at the therapist's discretion, is available. 

In the case of allergies and sensitivities please provide for your own sheets. Our therapists use SPA grade, odorless, hypoallergenic, water based lotion. Client may use their own if they so choose. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Starts
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
